Every casino guide gets things wrong sometimes, goes stale, or misses the detail that matters in your state. This page is our checklist of where TopCasino.pro stops being reliable and where your own homework starts. It comes from Reefsignal Publishing FZ-LLC and sits alongside our Site rules.

1. We are a guide, not a gaming operator

You cannot gamble on TopCasino.pro. We host no games, accept no stakes, hold no balances and settle no winnings, and no casino has appointed us its agent. When an article says "sign up", "deposit" or "cash out", it describes steps you take on a casino's own site, under that brand's terms, with that business as your counterparty. A slow payout, a bonus clawed back or a closed account gets sorted out with the brand itself. We can describe how those fights usually unfold; we have no power to decide one.

2. US gambling law is a patchwork

Washington issues no online casino license. A small group of states license real-money iGaming within their own borders, and each state regulator controls only the operators it has approved. Most brands on our lists are offshore, licensed elsewhere or not at all, and we say so on every page where it matters. In practice this means a state gaming board will not hear a complaint about them, your state's self-exclusion list does not follow you there, and none of the consumer safeguards attached to a state license reach you.

Whether an offshore account is allowed in your case hinges on where you are physically sitting and on what your legislature did most recently. We map the terrain; we never certify a particular site as legal for a particular reader. When the stakes are real, a lawyer admitted in your state is the person to ask.

3. Information, not professional advice

What we publish is plain-language explanation of public rules. It is not legal, tax or investment advice, and reading it does not make us your adviser. Uncle Sam treats gambling winnings as taxable income, and plenty of states add their own tax on top; how much you owe depends on filing status, documented losses, residence and amounts, which is a conversation for a tax preparer or CPA.

Casino play costs money by design. The edge sits inside each game's math and, over enough hands and spins, it collects. You will not find a promise of profit anywhere on the site, and no betting system we describe will flip the math in your favor.

4. Bonus terms move faster than we can

A welcome package can change overnight, and so can everything that hangs off it: playthrough, eligible games, the bet cap during wagering, max cash-out, expiry date. Banking options, payout times and the list of accepted states move too. We stamp each offer with the date we last looked at it, and the brand is free to change it the next morning.

Anything newer than our last review

Where our number and the casino's number disagree, the casino's binds you. Flag the gap to [email protected] and we will fix our page.

5. Scores are editorial opinion

List order and scores come out of the scoring rules spelled out on our rating method page. That is a newsroom judgement, not an audit, a certification or a statement about a brand's finances. A strong score reflects what we could verify from outside; it cannot predict how a brand will treat you in a specific dispute, and a casino can slide between two of our reviews.

6. Payout percentages describe millions of spins

The RTP a studio prints for a slot comes from millions of simulated rounds. Your own evening at the reels can land anywhere. Several studios release one slot in a few RTP settings and let the operator pick, which is why the number worth trusting is the one in that game's info panel at that casino. Every spin is independent: a machine is never "due", and progressions like Martingale do not dent the house edge.

7. Paid links and paid articles

Lots of our casino buttons are referral links, and some pages tagged Partner post were bought by an advertiser. Both are explained on Who pays us. A referral deal is a commercial arrangement, not a character reference for the brand, and a partner post speaks for its sponsor, not for our editors.

8. Other people's websites

Our pages link out to casinos, studios, regulators, help organizations and news outlets. Once you leave, their content, uptime, security and treatment of your data are their business; we neither run those sites nor answer for them. Brand logos and screenshots appear for identification only, remain their owners' property, and do not signal a business relationship.

9. The German and French sections

Pages under /de/ and /fr/ address readers outside the US and mention their regulators, age limits and help numbers. They carry the same caveats as everything else here: general information for orientation, with the reader responsible for local law.

10. Age, and when to step away

Our audience is adults of 21 or more. If gambling has started eating money, hours or sleep you did not mean to give it, pause and reach out. Free, confidential support by phone, text or chat runs 24/7 on the National Problem Gambling Helpline, 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738). Emergencies are a different line: with a life at risk right now, the number is 911, and 988 handles mental health crises by call or text. Almost every casino, licensed or offshore, lets you cap deposits, take a cooling-off break or self-exclude; our responsible gambling guide shows where those switches live.

11. How far our responsibility goes

We try hard to be accurate and online, yet nothing here is guaranteed: a page may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and the site may go down. Within the bounds the law sets, Reefsignal Publishing FZ-LLC owes nothing for any loss you suffer, whether direct or knock-on, that stem from browsing these pages or trusting them. Lost stakes, winnings a casino withheld, closed accounts, missed profits and lost data are all covered by that. Rights that the law makes non-waivable are untouched by this paragraph.

12. Who owns the words

Articles, tables, scoring methods and graphics are our own work or run here under licence. Borrow a brief quote with a credit link and we are happy; republishing whole pages or scraping the site takes our written consent first.

13. Revisions and questions

We rework this checklist after changes to the site or to the rules around it, and the version date sits under the title. Send questions to Reefsignal Publishing FZ-LLC, Loft Office 2, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, by email at [email protected]. Complaints about a casino are for that casino.
